+The editor has the following short-cut keys:

+^CTRL-i|italic|
+^CTRL-m|monospace|
+^CTRL-1. . .5|the 5 levels of dokuwiki  headers, with CTRL-1 being the largest and CTRL-5 the smallest. It is  not necessary to highlight the text that is to be set as the header; you  need only to have the cursor on the line which will become the header.|
+^CTRL-0|CTRL plus Zero will undo a header and is equivalent to selecting 'Normal" from the Headers menu.|
